On August 6, 2014, a media availability was held to discuss the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement for nine cities to pursue passenger rail service.
The nine cities include in Indiana: Fort Wayne, Warsaw, Plymouth, Valparaiso and Gary. The Ohio cities include: Columbus, Marysville, Kenton and Lima.
Speakers include Fort Wayne City Councilman Geoff Paddock and Pam Holocher with the City of Fort Wayne.
