The Allen County Election Board met on September 9, 2010 to discuss among other issues, a letter alleging campaign violations by Allen County Superior Court Judge Ken Scheibenberger.

The matter was not heard because the Board felt it was not within their purview.  This led to a discussion of anonymous complaints and whether the Board should entertain them.

Board members include: Andrew Boxberger, Therese Brown, Beth Dlug and Zachary Klutz.  Former Board member Andrew Downs also joins the conversation.
