Primary Election

 

May 4, 2010 - voters head to the polls to narrow the field to one candidate per party.  Those selected in the primaries will proceed to the General Elections on November 2, 2010.

 

Those on the ballots:

 

Republican Caucus

 

June 12, 2010 - Precinct Committee persons in the 3rd Congressional District in Indiana will meet in Columbia City, Indiana.  They will first select a candidate to run in the November 2, 2010, Special Election to replace former Congressman Mark Souder and assume the rest of his term.  They will then determine who will replace him on the ballot in the General Election.

Special Election

 

November 2, 2010 - a Special Election will be held the same day as the General Election to select a replacement for the 3rd Congressional District in Indiana.  This person will replace Congressman Mark Souder and assume the rest of his term.


  • Democrat
  • Republican

 

General Election

 

November 2, 2010 - voters head to the polls to select their representation in various local, state and federal government offices.
