On May 22, 2014, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the newly rebuilt South Anthony Bridge. Allen County Commissioner Linda Bloom led the ceremony and was joined by (left to right): Allen County Highway Department Director Bill Hartman, Fort Wayne City Engineer Shan Gunawardena, Allen County Commissioners Therese Brown and Nelson Peters and Allen County Engineer Mike Thornson.
