Democrat Glynn Hines held his State of the 6th District event on March 19, 2011 at Link's Wonderland.  Hines is the 6th District City Councilman.

 

 

In this segment, Wayman Brown, president of the McMillen Association delivers the invocation, recognition of political and community leaders in attendance and presentation of an award to Councilman Tim Pape in recognition of his service.  Pape was unable to attend, Councilwoman Karen Goldner accepted on his behalf.
